On January 13, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Ricardo Bracamonte Monjaras voluntarily turned himself in at the Santa Rosa Police Department. He was taken into custody and held at that location until deputies from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and the Windsor Police Department responded. Bracamonte Monjaras was transported to the Sonoma County Jail, where his bail was set at $1,000,000.
